Work orders can be digitally assigned in the Workmate CMMS, and can have custom progress icons for your needs. This will keep a planned and Actual cost of Labour and parts against the work order. You can purchase against the work order, even purchasing stock items for jobs which will all be listed in the cost against the Work order which in turn adds the cost to the Asset selected. All transactions are recorded and can be sent to a financial system through an export/import application. Workmate CMMS has a Clone Work order function and also ability to create linked work orders.
