Policies and Procedures section in Workmate allows you to create a set of instructions (known as a Procedures) and organise these procedures into groups (known as a Policies). These Policies and Procedures are attached to Work Orders to create Work Order instructions. Policy/ Procedures can be attached to Normal Work Orders, PM Work Orders and to Work Order Template.It is important to work with Policies and Procedures at this stage as the next section will deal with setting using procedures with a work order.

To create or edit Policy /Procedures:

Select Applications/System/Policy/Procedure from the menu bar and the Policy/Procedure Maintenance screen will appear.
