| Goal |
|
| In Touch with What's Happening |
| The Workmate Control Centre is where you can be kept up to date and in touch with what is happening around your plant. The Workmate Control Centre will open automatically when you log-on to Workmate. The Workmate Control Centre is divided up into two parts, the Main Workmate Control Centre window and My Custom Reports window |
| Main Workmate Control Centre Window |
| The main window is where a summary of all activity and access to the main functions to Workmate is. Depending on your logon code, workmate will setup the Workmate Control Centre uniquely for each user. This means that each person using the system can log on to 'their' system or you can logon to a system that is 'your' system. |

| My Custom Reports - Personalised Report Options |
|
To access the My Custom Reports section, press the 'My Custom Reports' tab in the Workmate Control Centre. The reports section gives you access to an unlimited number of reports from a comprehensive list of options that are available from within Workmate.
This section is for viewing, maintaining and creating reports of all types. These reports are unique to each User Name so individuals can have their own set of reports.
My Custom Reports is divided into two columns
- My Custom Reports Activity Report Macro for activity related reporting on the left hand side of the window
- My Custom Reports Work Order Report Macro for scheduled work order reporting on the right hand side of the window
|
 |
To view an existing report simply click on the report name in either of the columns. Workmate will retrieve the report and take you straight to the print preview window.
To edit an existing report, simply click on the Edit button at the end of the row. The retrieval criteria window will open and you can change any of the details in the report. |
| Create a New Custom Report |
|
| To create a new Activity Report or Work Order Report select the New Activity Report button or New W/O Report button in the top right hand corner of the window. |
 |

- Press the Insert Line button in the task bar to the left of the screen
