| Workmate's Visualx function is designed to enable you to manage and organise a wide variety of information that is difficult to put in the right place without getting lost. You will increasingly be working with electronic information in the form of digital photos, scanned images form sketches or equipment manuals, vector and AutoCAD type drawing files as well as documents, email attachments, videos and a whole lot more. AZZMAX has developed the Visualx function and integrated it with a file viewing package so you can install a minimum of software and gain all the benefits of being able to access and view all of your valuable graphical, pictorial and information simply and easily. |
| To open the Workmate Visualx program: |

- Press the Visualx button in the main tool bar.
- The Workmate Visualx screen will open.
- This screen will give you a list of all documents, drawings, and pictures in your database.

| Visualx Sorting |
| You can sort your Visualx list by pressing any of the header buttons for each of the column titles displayed. You can also sort the Visualx list by pressing the right mouse button and selecting the Sort option. |
| Opening an Attachment |

To open an attachment simply double click on the attachment in the list. |
| Visualx Editing an Attachment |
| Once an attachment has been added to the Visualx list through the Asset Attachment function it is possible to edit it through the Visualx screen. To edit an attachment simply highlight the attachment you want to edit and press the right mouse button. Select Edit Attachment to open the details screen for the selected attachment. |

| Visualx Viewing Program |

| It is possible to view attachments using a viewer program in combination with Visualx. If no viewer program is installed Workmate will use the application that is setup in the Windows registry to open the attachment you have selected. E.g. if you are opening a bitmap file (xxxxxx.bmp) Workmate will open the file in Microsoft Paint. If you are opening a Word document file (xxxxxx.doc) Workmate will open the file in Microsoft Word. The Visualx will allow you to view more than 150 different file formats through one program. Some of these include AutoCAD and other drawing files, Word documents, scanned images, *.bmp, *.tif, *.jpg etc. |
| Summary |
| By now you should be able to view you work schedule, select and print work orders, sort the Schedulex list and go to the enter activity section of Workmate via Schedulex. |
