| Capture All Information Easily |
| This Activity Transaction window is where all transactions for Work Orders take place. All Work Orders are accessible from the Work Order ID field. |
| Activity Transaction Maintenance |
To open this screen:
- Click the Enter Activity for a Work Order button in the Workmate Control Centre
- Or, Choose Application / Activity Trx from the Menu Bar.
- Or, highlight a work order in the Schedulex window, right click and choose Go To Activity

| The Enter Activity For Work Order screen will open with a filter on top of it except when accessed from Schedulex as Workmate already knows which job the activity is being entered for. Press OK if the filter is displayed. |
| Spare Parts |
|
| When logging spare parts to a work order follow the same procedure as entering labour, however, instead of double clicking in the Person field, double click in the Part/Resource field and select the part that was used. |
| Work Order Complete |
| Each time you save an activity transactions or multiple activity transactions for a Work Order, Workmate will prompt you to select an option to close the Work Order, or change the status to Active. |
| Summary |
| You should be able to enter activity transactions directly into Workmate by typing the Work Order number into the W/O# field and filling the details. You should be able to select a work order from within Schedulex and complete a work order by highlighting the work order, right clicking and selecting the Go To Activity option. |
