Stock is Allocated to a Warehouse designated by you and given a unique part number, whether it is a kit or a singular part. This can have a maximum and minimum, so when stock has reached the minimum, it will order through the ROP (re-order Process) and make purchases for the store for all required parts. These parts can be easily found with great Workmate search filters and can be cost tracked and have specification information including history of purchases and price, and history of use against assets.
Workmate has made a simple interface for you to issue parts/stock against assets with the Work Order Process. This CMMS allows you to have parts issued as Weighted average, last cost or standard cost, depending on your preference and your maintenance process. There is availability for attachments such as drawings or Video of special instructions for use.
